LifeStyle Aviation Black Friday Promotion – Official Terms & Conditions


Effective Date: October 19, 2025
Sponsor: Five Star Marketing, Inc. DBA LifeStyle Aviation (“LifeStyle Aviation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)


1. Overview of Promotion

LifeStyle Aviation is offering a limited-time Black Friday promotion (“Promotion”) in which eligible buyers may choose either:


  • One (1) Bose A30 aviation headset OR a $1,000 cash rebate at closing when purchasing a qualifying single-engine aircraft, or
  • Two (2) Bose A30 aviation headsets OR a $2,000 cash rebate at closing when purchasing a qualifying twin-engine aircraft


(collectively, the “Reward”), subject to the terms below.


This Promotion is not a price reduction, not a rebate program beyond the specific rebate amounts stated, and holds no independent cash value other than the rebate amounts described above.


2. Promotion Period

To qualify, the Buyer must complete all of the following actions:


  1. Execute a fully signed aircraft Purchase Agreement (signed by the Buyer and an authorized LifeStyle Aviation representative) on or before 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2025, and
  2. Provide a deposit received and cleared by LifeStyle Aviation on or before December 1, 2025, and
  3. Purchase an eligible aircraft meeting the criteria below.


Digital signatures via DocuSign or equivalent are acceptable.

A Letter of Intent, quote, email chain, unsigned proposal, or verbal agreement does not qualify.


3. Buyer Reward Options

Upon completing closing (see Section 5), the Buyer may select one of the following Rewards:

Option A — Bose A30 Aviation Headset(s)


  • Single-engine aircraft: Buyer receives one (1) Bose A30 headset
  • Twin-engine aircraft: Buyer receives two (2) Bose A30 headsets
  • Shipped within 90 days after closing
  • Domestic U.S. shipping only
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Non-transferable


Option B — Cash Rebate


  • Single-engine aircraft: Buyer receives a $1,000 rebate applied at closing
  • Twin-engine aircraft: Buyer receives a $2,000 rebate applied at closing
  • Rebate applies at closing only
  • Cannot be combined with headset(s)
  • Cannot be redeemed after closing
  • No exchanges or substitutions


Important: Reward Election


  • Buyer may select only one Reward option (A or B).
  • Choosing a rebate permanently forfeits any right to headset(s).
  • Choosing headset(s) permanently forfeits any right to the rebate.



4. Eligibility Requirements


4.1 Qualifying Aircraft


Reward applies only to aircraft that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Sold, brokered, or exclusively represented by LifeStyle Aviation
  • Final purchase price of at least $400,000 USD
  • Purchased for private use or flight training use
  • Not purchased through LifeStyle Aviation’s Acquisitions service
4.2 Excluded Aircraft

The following do not qualify:

  • Lease agreements
  • Fractional ownership or equity share structures
  • DiamondShare Member enrollments
  • Aircraft sold “as-is” for salvage or parts
  • Aircraft sold under special fleet pricing, negotiated discounts, bulk pricing, or any non-public discount arrangement
  • Any aircraft below $400,000 USD

4.3 Excluded Buyers


Ineligible buyers include:


  • Dealers, resellers, wholesalers
  • Buyers receiving special pricing not publicly advertised
  • Buyers attempting to use multiple LLCs or affiliated entities to claim additional Rewards
  • Buyers using nominee buyers or contract transfers to obtain Rewards


LifeStyle Aviation reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility.


5. Delivery Requirement


Rewards are only earned when the Buyer successfully closes on the aircraft purchase.

5.1 Definition of Closing


“Closing” occurs when:

  • LifeStyle Aviation or the aircraft’s legal owner receives full cleared funds, and
  • The Bill of Sale or equivalent ownership transfer document is fully executed.

If the Buyer does not close for any reason, they earn zero Rewards.


6. Reward Fulfillment


6.1 If Buyer Chooses Headset(s)


  • Shipped within 90 days after closing
  • Domestic U.S. shipping only
  • Buyer assumes all risk after shipment (lost, damaged, stolen, delayed shipments are not LifeStyle Aviation’s responsibility)
  • All warranty coverage is provided solely by Bose


6.2 If Buyer Chooses the Rebate


  • The rebate ($1,000 for singles / $2,000 for twins) is applied at closing only
  • Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed after closing
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, or discount


6.3 Maximum Reward Limits


  • Maximum one Reward election per eligible aircraft
  • Maximum two (2) total Rewards per Buyer/entity, regardless of number of aircraft purchased
  • Flight schools qualify but are also capped at two (2) total Rewards\
  • Trade-ins do not increase eligibility



7. Cancellations, Default, and Deal Changes


7.1 Buyer Cancellation


If Buyer cancels the Purchase Agreement for any reason, the Buyer receives no Reward.


7.2 Buyer Default


If Buyer defaults or breaches the Purchase Agreement: No Reward is issued, even if Buyer later purchases another aircraft.


7.3 Aircraft Changes


If Buyer:


  • Switches to another aircraft,
  • Rewrites the deal,
  • Delays the deal, or
  • Executes a new agreement later,


…the Promotion does not carry over.


7.4 Retroactive Deals


Deals executed before this Promotion’s launch do not qualify unless LifeStyle Aviation explicitly grants eligibility in writing.


LifeStyle may grant exceptions at its sole discretion.


8. Model Substitution


LifeStyle may substitute the Bose A30 with a comparable aviation headset (equal or greater retail value) if:

  • Bose inventory is unavailable
  • Supply chain issues occur
  • Product models change

The Buyer has no right to select the model or decline the substitution.


9. Warranty Disclaimer


All warranties related to the headset are provided solely by Bose.

LifeStyle Aviation provides no warranty and accepts no liability for the headset.


10. Non-Transferability


Rewards may not be:

  • Sold
  • Transferred
  • Assigned
  • Redeemed for cash (except the $1,000 option)
  • Applied to another aircraft or another buyer

Any transfer of the Purchase Agreement voids Reward eligibility.


11. Fraud Prevention


LifeStyle Aviation may require documentation to prove Buyer identity, entity ownership, affiliation, and end-use.

LifeStyle may disqualify any Buyer who:

  • Creates multiple LLCs
  • Uses different individuals to purchase on behalf of a single entity
  • Transfers contracts to claim Rewards
  • Engages in manipulation or circumvention

LifeStyle’s determination of fraud is final.


12. Publicity Release


By accepting any Reward, Buyer grants LifeStyle Aviation permission to use:

  • Buyer’s name
  • Aircraft details and photos
  • Testimonials
  • Non-sensitive likeness

…in marketing and promotional materials, at no additional compensation.


13. Modification and Termination


LifeStyle Aviation may modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time.

However, modifications will not remove eligibility for Buyers who already have a qualifying fully executed Purchase Agreement and deposit received on time.


14. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Any dispute must be resolved via binding arbitration in Wake County, NC.


15. Entire Agreement


These Terms constitute the full and final rules of the Promotion and supersede all prior statements, advertising, or communications.


16. Acceptance of Terms


Participation in this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
