LifeStyle Aviation is looking for a Closing Coordinator to join our team at RDU! The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and written communication skills. As a Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the closing and delivery of aircraft. On the job training and support is provided.

Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between sales agents, sellers, vendors, buyer, preferred lender, and title company.
- Coordinates the closing and delivery processes for aircraft purchases and sales.
- Administers the signing process for aircraft leases, new DiamondShare programs and new AirShare programs
- Performs bookkeeping, record keeping, and filing tasks
- Works autonomously using company procedures and checklists
- Interacts with customers, vendors, and employees, by email, phone, and video meetings, in a professional and courteous manner
- Processes daily orders for aircraft parts
- Performs various administrative tasks to support Operations
Requirements
- Commitment to customer excellence
- Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships
- Action oriented, with the drive to push projects and tasks to successful closure
- Exceptional organizational capability, including the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree or some college experience preferred but not required
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Proficient in Apple MacBook
- A passion for aviation or the eagerness to learn!
